Delivery

We ship all our packages in the Netherlands, Germany and France with DHL, and in Belgium with Bpost to offer our customers the most suitable delivery options.

For most shipments applies: ordered before 23:59, shipped the same day (except Saturdays).
Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday.

Home delivery in the Netherlands (DHL) - € 4.95

Delivery in Belgium (Bpost) - € 5.95

Delivery in Germany (DHL) - € 5.95

Delivery in France (DHL) - € 8.75

Orders being shipped

Track your parcel
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with delivery information and a Track & Trace link. With this link you can track and adjust your order.
Please note: this email may be sent up to 15:00 on the day of delivery.

Other shipping method
If possible, small parcels may be shipped as mailbox delivery.

I am not home, what now?

• You may receive a card or email if you are not home
• You can schedule a new delivery via email or card
• If nothing arrives the next day, contact Tuf-Tuf
• You can request delivery to neighbours

Orders placed and paid before 23:59 are shipped the same day (except Saturday).

Parcel or mailbox delivery
If possible, small orders are shipped as mailbox parcels so you do not need to be home.
