Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Supplementary agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract and these are supplied by the entrepreneur or a third party based on an agreement between that third party and the entrepreneur;
- Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to trade, business, craft or profession;
- Day: calendar day;
- Digital content: data produced and delivered in digital form;
- Long-term contract: an agreement for the regular delivery of goods, services and/or digital content over a certain period;
- Durable data carrier: any tool – including email – that enables information to be stored in a way accessible for future use and unchanged reproduction;
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
- Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products, digital content and/or services at a distance to consumers;
- Distance contract: an agreement concluded within an organised system for distance selling using one or more means of distance communication;
- Model withdrawal form: the European model withdrawal form included in Annex I;
- Means of distance communication: any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without physical presence of both parties.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These terms apply to all offers and agreements.
- Terms are made available before the agreement is concluded.
- If electronic, they must be storable on a durable medium.
- In case of conflict, the most favourable provision for the consumer applies.
Article 4 – The offer
- Validity of offers will be clearly stated.
- Offers contain a complete and accurate description.
- Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The agreement
- The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer.
- The entrepreneur confirms receipt of acceptance.
- Secure electronic systems are used for online orders.
- The entrepreneur may assess payment reliability.
- Delivery includes all required legal information.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
Products: 14 days withdrawal period after receipt.
Services/digital content: 14 days from contract conclusion.
Article 7 – Consumer obligations
The consumer must handle the product carefully and is liable only for depreciation caused by misuse.
Article 8 – Exercise of withdrawal
Returns must be made within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.
Article 9 – Obligations of entrepreneur
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
Article 10 – Exclusion of withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded, such as custom-made goods, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products once opened, and digital content once performance has started with consent.
Article 11 – Price
Prices remain fixed during validity unless VAT changes apply.
Article 12 – Performance and guarantee
Products must conform to the agreement. Extra guarantees do not affect legal rights.
Article 13 – Delivery and execution
Orders are handled with care. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 14 – Payment
Payment must be made within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may result in interest and collection costs.
Article 15 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 8 days of receipt and will be answered within 14 days.
Article 16 – Disputes
Only Dutch law applies.
Article 17 – Additional provisions
Additional terms may not disadvantage the consumer and must be recorded in writing or on a durable medium.
