Filling balloons with helium or air?

The birthday helium balloons are delivered empty by Tuf-Tuf. If you want the balloons filled with helium, you can have this done at a local balloon or party store. In the Zaanstad, Beverwijk, Amsterdam region, for example, you can do this at Balloonzone. Of course, you can also fill the balloons yourself with our helium tanks, which can easily be ordered alongside the helium balloon.
