Of course, shopping online is slightly different from shopping in a physical store. In a store you can see and often also touch the product. You can see the actual color and the actual size. It is possible that a product you order through our webshop is not to your satisfaction. In that case, you have the option to exchange or return it within 30 days.

The costs of returning items are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us

How can you request a return?

By clicking the button below, you can request a return from €3.95. We will review your request within 48 hours.*

Refund
Once we have received and approved your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days. If you have chosen post-payment, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding invoice.

If you withdraw from the entire agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including the initial delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

If you return the entire order, you are entitled to a refund of the initial shipping costs.
